Bohemian Landscape

In the summer of 2015, I produced a series of panorama images while Artist in Residence at the ArtMilll, Center for Sustainable Creativity in Horaždovice, Czech Republic. Each morning I would borrow the car, hike into the Bohemian Forest and take photos using a tripod rigged for panoramas. The use of a 180mm lens, fully open and close focused, exploits extreme Bokeh with moments of pure focus. This is accentuated by size, up to 20ft., these images were produced by stitching up to 200 vertical captures into one long image.
